Creating a 99abai account is completely free and takes less than two minutes. Withdrawals require a completed KYC (identity) verification before they can be processed. If you have not yet submitted your verification documents — a clear photo of your CNIC and a selfie — your withdrawal will be held until this is completed. You can submit documents from Account Settings. Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours. This is a one-time process and subsequent withdrawals will be processed without the hold once you are verified.

Withdrawals that are still in "pending" status can be cancelled from the Transaction History section of your account — click the pending withdrawal and select Cancel. Once a withdrawal moves to "processing" or "completed" status, it cannot be reversed. Cancelled withdrawals return the funds to your 99abai balance immediately. Please think carefully before cancelling a pending withdrawal — impulsive cancellations to continue betting are a potential sign of problematic gambling behaviour.
